¡¾Product introduction:¡¿£º Automatic pick and place machine TP300V is the high cost-effective equipment in the market, it can pick and place variety of components by its vacuum nozzle. The machine can mount 0402¡¢ SOIC¡¢PLCC¡¢QFP IC and many SMD chip components; ?optional vision position system which can meet pitch 0.5mm of QFP¡¢IC and BGA. Beside round datum mark, square PCB pad and ring hole pad can be recognized as datum mark.

1 With exact quadrate guide rail, it can improve mounting accuracy.
2. With unique optical prism and high-definition industrial cameras, it can place high-precision components.
3. With vision system, it can identify MARK point automatically to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
4. It can vision program automatically, it doesn’t input the coordinate of components by hand.
